Floor Plan Setup
Go to Settings > Floor Plan — add tables with name, section, capacity, and shape
Create sections (Main, Patio, Bar) for quick filtering
Merge, split-back, transfer, or reopen closed checks from the table detail panel
Table Operations
From the table detail panel, staff can:
Merge tables — combine two or more tables into a single check for large parties
Split check — divide a table's order into separate bills (by seat, even split, or custom amount)
Transfer table — move an order from one table to another
Reopen check — managers can reopen a closed order for corrections
Seat Management
Assign items to individual seats for split checks and per-guest delivery. Seat tabs on the register let servers ring items per guest.
Tap Seat 1 / Seat 2 / + Seat tabs on the register to assign items to specific guests
Tap the seat badge on any line item to cycle it to the next seat number
Split check by seat — each guest gets their own bill with only their items
Seat assignment works alongside courses — assign items to Seat 1/2/3 and Course 1/2/3 independently
