Prescribing Education
Providers can "prescribe" education materials during an encounter:
Open the patient's chart during the visit
Search or browse the education library
Assign one or more materials to the patient
Materials appear in the Patient Portal immediately
Read-tracking — the system records when the patient opens and reads each item for compliance monitoring
Multi-Language Support
Education materials available in 16 languages matching the platform's i18n support
Automatic language selection based on the patient's language preference in their chart
Providers can manually override the language for a specific assignment
RTL (right-to-left) languages supported for Arabic and Hebrew content
