Vitals & Measurements Module

The Vitals & Measurements Module is designed to provide comprehensive patient monitoring and assessment tools within the Synalux platform, ensuring accurate data collection and easy trend analysis.
Standard Vitals
Capture essential vitals such as blood pressure (systolic/diastolic), heart rate (HR), respiratory rate (RR), temperature with method specified, oxygen saturation (SpO2), weight, height, and body mass index (BMI). These measurements are crucial for a holistic patient assessment.
Pain Scale
Utilize a 0-10 numeric pain scale to document the patient’s pain level during each visit. This standardized approach helps in tracking changes over time and assessing the effectiveness of interventions.
Pediatric Growth
For pediatric patients, record head circumference, weight, height, and BMI percentiles according to WHO/CDC standards. This ensures accurate growth monitoring tailored to developmental stages.
PT Assessments
Incorporate physical therapy (PT) assessments by logging range of motion (ROM) in degrees, functional scores such as Oswestry Disability Index and Lower Extremity Functional Scale (LEFS), and detailed notes on quad activation. These evaluations are vital for tracking patient progress in rehabilitation.
Trend Tracking
Access historical vital signs data for each patient to conduct trend analysis. This feature aids in identifying patterns over time, facilitating more informed clinical decisions.
Appointment Linked
Ensure that all vitals and measurements are linked to specific appointment encounters. This linkage maintains the context of when each measurement was taken, enhancing accuracy and traceability in patient records.
