Patient & Intake Guide

The Patient module handles core demographics, insurance indexing, and relationship tracking.

Adding a Patient

1. Click Add Patient in the top right.
2. Enter standard demographics (DOB, sex, address).
3. Assign a Primary Diagnosis (e.g., F84.0 Autism Spectrum Disorder).

Guardian Profiles

Every pediatric patient must have at least one Guardian/Guarantor tied to their profile for insurance and billing purposes. Ensure the Guarantor ID matches the primary subscriber on the insurance plan.

Insurance Integration

The platform automatically verifies ELIGIBILITY through clearinghouses. Ensure you attach the correct Payer ID.
