Documents

File storage with auto-scaffolded folders: /EOD Reports, /Vendors, /Staff Documents, /Receipts, /Invoices. Upload, organize, share. EOD reports auto-filed on close.

Mail

Full inbox connected to Gmail or Outlook. Compose, reply, templates (vendor orders, catering quotes, EOD summary). Vendor emails auto-tagged when sender matches your vendor records.

Without OAuth credentials configured, mail works standalone using the built-in database — internal mail only.

Calendar

Google Calendar + Outlook sync. Reservations, catering events, staff meetings, and delivery schedules all in one view.

Staff Messaging

Slack-like internal messaging — no Slack account needed. 6 pre-configured channels:

All Staff — broadcast to everyone

Front of House — servers, hosts, bartenders

Back of House — kitchen, prep, expo

Managers — managers and admin only

Daily Specials — push 86'd items, daily features

Lost & Found — customer lost items

Messages use Supabase Realtime — delivery in < 200ms. Direct messages supported. Venue-scoped: staff at different venues cannot see each other's channels.

Form Builder

Custom operational forms with 7 field types: Text, Number, Date, Select, Textarea, Checkbox, and Signature (canvas-based capture). Create templates in /pos/form-builder, fill and submit in /pos/forms.

12 pre-built forms included: Cash Count, Void Auth, Tax-Exempt Cert, Catering BEO, Tip Declaration, Inventory Count, Time-Off, Purchase Order, Incident Log, Daily Specials, Prep List, Server Checkout.

Custom Dashboards

Drag-and-drop widget builder with metric cards, charts, and tables. Preset templates for Owner, Manager, and Kitchen views. Auto-refresh every 30 seconds.
