Full inbox connected to Gmail or Outlook. Compose, reply, templates (vendor orders, catering quotes, EOD summary). Vendor emails auto-tagged when sender matches your vendor records.
Without OAuth credentials configured, mail works standalone using the built-in database — internal mail only.
Calendar
Google Calendar + Outlook sync. Reservations, catering events, staff meetings, and delivery schedules all in one view.
Staff Messaging
Slack-like internal messaging — no Slack account needed. 6 pre-configured channels:
Messages use Supabase Realtime — delivery in < 200ms. Direct messages supported. Venue-scoped: staff at different venues cannot see each other's channels.
Form Builder
Custom operational forms with 7 field types: Text, Number, Date, Select, Textarea, Checkbox, and Signature (canvas-based capture). Create templates in /pos/form-builder, fill and submit in /pos/forms.
