How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email address. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes.
How do I update my practice information?
Go to Settings → Practice Profile inside the app to update your practice name, address, phone number, and logo.
How do I add or remove team members?
Navigate to Settings → Team. Tap Invite to add a new member or tap a member's name and select Remove to revoke access.
Is my patient data secure?
Yes. Synalux is HIPAA-compliant. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with all covered entities. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are managed in your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. For questions about billing, email support@synalux.ai.
What platforms does Synalux support?
Synalux apps are available on iPhone and iPad (iOS 16+). A web portal is available at synalux.ai.
